Like 1% if you get a decent one, and at that point you'd be getting ~1% fluctuations in speed directly to your ISP anyway so any hit to your transfer speed is basically noise.

My current internet is shit so the vpn isn't the limiting factor. Theres's some added latency but I've been able to play rocket league withoutmissues so it isn't that bad. Depends on the vpn server though.
