Many of the OpenNIC servers at least say they have a no-logging policy.
You have no way to verify that, you just have to trust them, but its still a strictly better proposition than, say, Google or your residential ISPs, who shamelessly admit that they log DNS queries and actively manipulate their replies to them for marketing and other kinds of privacy invasion.

Cache your most common dns queries. Host file to block google dns.
Just send your DNS requests through Tor.
