Hello all, I asking for assistance on how to run Kodi on a VM. I was on their site and did not see a ISO for a stand alone of itself to run on a VM.
Was following the steps of this old video;

Any support is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have it on my pi, why would you want it? It's kinda shitty, I use it to watch movies and it cannot play x265 movies so I've been looking to build a windows machine to just do it because im done.

What you want it's called OpenELEC

I used to have it on a jailbroken Apple TV G2, but it's old and I don't wanna bother with jailbreaking any more. So I figured I get a MAC mini, just run that for movies,...

What is OpenELEC? I never heard of that any more,...

It's a GNU/Linux distro made purely to run Kodi
