When I looked at tablets, I looked for at the bigger writing/drawing sizes.
If nvdia release another tablet, I'll be all over that as a browse-from-your-sofa machine.
(Currently have a Nexus 7 filling that role.)

I plan on home use, but dam, I might as well just buy a drawing tablet. They do have cheaper models that go around like $20 where you use an app to save your work though
