Ryzen 7 can barely run with an i7 using 8 cores. The drop to i5, Intel only loses hyperthreading. Ryzen loses 25% of its cores.

Get a 4 core cpu and a 480. I got a shitty x4 640 and a rx480 and it runs GTA5 pretty good
Just dont settle for a 2 core, will stutter
