>>59598140

>>59598589
I have an I5 4590.
>>59598289
That's really fucking presumptuous.
i kinda wanna get a m.2 nvme for this board...... but im not sure if it would be worth me doing or not

>>59598627
its running at 4.5GHz not 4.0GHz
along with guts
>>59598540
Are you sure?
The only game I play is RCT2. I have no idea why I went and purchased all this when my old sandy bridge pc performs exactly the same for the tasks I do.
housefire coming thru
>>59597667

>>59597496
I have a 1TB SSD familam
>>59599020
Is that GPU and CPU a placeholder for something better?
>>59599020
Server 2016 is like Windows 10 but good.
Will upgrade to a 1080ti as soon as EVGA releases their custom card.
Is there anything to salvage from my shit piece of delicious shit?
>>59599157
put a 771 xeon in that bitch
>>59597372
>9 and 8 deg c
??
Zero urge to upgrade anything, even before the 980Ti.
I've lost the will to play games, mostly because they're all microtransaction, console-optimized bullshit.
>>59597496
Nice SSD.
>>59599072
>buying nvidia when you got cucked by the 3.5 meme card
wew
>>59600148
To some, being blissfully ignorant is just a way of life.
>>59599703
Sell your pc for a cheap laptop for shitposting then?
>>59600320

>>59603468

>>59603832
It's a 6670, which is like 9800GTX+ speed.
>>59604169
? its a slightly different Skylake 6400 i5
>>59604243
and it's an OEM only proccessor
>>59598603
It won't be that big a deal for you. Intel has really jewed out on performance increments since that generation. It's been more about increasing the clocks as much as possible while keeping temps within maximum Jew levels.
That being said, Ryzen performs an awful lot like an i7 7700k (which is why the R5 series is going to be amazing) when giving the right tools despite having to compensate for a buggy launch and Intel having a clear dominant marketshare leading to optimization for Intel CPUs.
With the adoption rate of Ryzen, I'm willing to bet well see increased performance and if Intel can pull there asses out of their heads for a second, we might see some serious price wars within the coming months...
>intel
>ever lowering prices
Yep, looks like well have to wait for AMD to curb-stomp Intel (aka, Zen+), not just be as good, before that happens.
1080ti soon!
>>59605488
You obviously mean vega senpai
>>59605665
But i want a new card that can somewhat replace these now, not in 2 to 3 months!
>>59605488
>>59605655
Change 6800k to 5820k
>>59597372
I have 3 or 4 shitposting machines.
>>59605715
Can't argue with you there. Too bad the product cycle is fucked up like that.
I'd rather not support Nvidia like that unless they are absolutely BTFO of AMD at every price point and even then, Gimpworks begins as soon as the next arch begins so it's not a really worthwhile investment.
You could still sell a 290x for decent cash today. A 780 (direct competitor to the 290x in price point)? Not so much
>>59605793
I always sold my older cards when stepping up the chain so i never experienced the really large pricedrops. This cycle i had to hold on to the cards longer though and with the 1070 making the 980ti seem ancient with the same performance on newer arch i know they are selling for peas now, might just pass them on to family members shitboxes.
So far i must say that the 980ti does perform alot better now than when it came out on the titles from that timespan, so i never experienced the gimping that nvidia supposedly does.
>>59605715
>I WANT IT NAAAAOOOOOOWWWWW
why the fuck are nvidia/intel buyers almost exclusively impatient babbys
>>59605765
>pentium 4
wew why even bother with that shit
>>59606016
speaking of pentium 4, nice housefire you got there
>>59607822
Naaa
>>59607841
>wew why even bother with that shit
I've had it for 14 years and its a good space heater.
>>59607841
Housefire? How so?
>>59607822
We live in the now, not in some best case scenario future amd buyers live in! Enjoy praising your old hardware slightly beating older hardware with dropped software support!

What benefit does that give you on Intel platforms?
>>59598236
Does that shit actually work? What do you use it for?
>>59597372
>>59610749
>Alienware
>>59607822
Because if your hardware isn't the latest and greatest, some fag somewhere is getting more FPS than you in CS:GO, and that means your ePeen is ever so smaller, which means it's time to curl up into a ball and cry until mommy buys you a new PC and makes it all better.
>>59610565
Nice ssd.
>>59610829
God I wish that were me.
Finally decided oc my 3770k and ended up getting it to 4.4 ghz with only 0.01V change. And i only have a hyper 212 evo and its still cool. Feels new, feels gud mayn
