I'll believe it when I see it. Video calls are apparently fucking rocket science. Otherwise I have no idea in what ways this 'matrix' protocol is not XMPP.

I use it and I'm slowly convincing my friends to use it as well, but it's not there yet.
Just today my friend was sending messages that weren't decrypting on my end.

I use it with friends and I really like it. Haven't had any issues. There are still a few things to implement though particularly with e2e
