Slash vs backslash

I prefer backslash because it is like a line starting high going lower which is like going from the higher dir to a lower one.

The big downside it is in an awkward place on a keyboard.

You could easily view the directory tree as going upwards instead of down, though.

Having to type two backslashes when programming is annoying, and slash works most of the time on windows as well so slash is better.

You guys are all plebs, DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR is superior
