Start with linux and run the other system as a virtual machine. Better combo and uses the strength of each better. Linux as a server with a few apps (lke a browser with less permissions in your system unlike windows) and windows (with the apps you may be used to etc.etc.). Dual booting is for the birds. Don't do it unless you like torturing yourself.
