Hey guys. I was reading that Gentoo was in the process of migrating from rsync to git in portage, essentially the whole reason that Funtoo was spun off.

The only information I can find on the migration is from summer of 2015. Has the migration been complete?

I've been out of the loop of Gentoo and Funtoo for a while now. Can someone give me a quick rundown on the state of the distros and whether or not Funtoo has any difference at all post-migration to git?
