Been looking for alternatives to facebook and came across diaspora. I'm a bit confused by it and was wondering if anyone here uses it and if so what are your thoughts.

I am looking into Minds as we speak. Am i allowed to be as shit posty and opinionated as I want? What I am am trying to say is I can be very politically opinionated & politically incorrect and should I take grievance with something, someone or a group of people am I allowed to comment without the fear of it being taken down? I believe everyone should have the right to be offended and want to be able to express myself without being flagged.
