getting hold of legit windows 7 isos

You can download them straight off microsoft's website. The website wont let you download it without having a key, however, there are open source downloaders.

You can download a legitimate windows 7 iso from there.

If you don't have a key, try to find on google a downloader that bypasses it and downloads it straight from microsoft regardless.

I still have an old win7 iso I got from microsoft website some years ago laying on my computer. I can upload it somewhere if you want it. Pretty sure it's the ultimate x64 edition.

sha1sum filename.iso

compare with msdn ones, done.

MSDN has listings of all their ISOs and their checksums, just get the file from torrents / some random ass mirror and checksum it.

Built in Windows command:

certutil -hashfile yourpiratedcopyof7.iso SHA1

I sent them an email and just asked for the ISOs. I said i run computer repair and use windows as my OS I install after repairs. I also said i get my keys from an authorized reseller (Canada Computers) and they just emailed me links to fresh ISOs
