fact: men should lower standards in IT so that more women can work in IT.

This is a win/win.

Women will be independent and IT men will finally get laid.
>>
this bait doesn't even make sense
>>
>>59541881
what does that even mean? I'm saying you need to allow more women in IT.

right now it's a male dominated world, which means it discriminates against women, and that IT nerds don't get laid.
>>
>>59541903
how will women be independent if the depend on men to lower their standards?
>>
>>59541910
they won't have to depend on men after the standards have been lowered. they'd be working in IT independent of anyone.
>>
>>59541919
but as soon as men raise their standards again they won't be working in IT
so they're dependent on men to keep their standards low
>>
>>59541935
>as soon as men raise their standards again
why would they change it again? just keep it low so women can feel good about going into IT.
>>
>>59541980
but that doesn't improve an industry that doesn't even have that high standards in the first place
not to mention that right now all you need is a degree and a pussy and you WILL be hired by google or some other big company
>>
>>59542000
>doesn't improve an industry
yes it does. having the female perspective in IT will probably improve it by a lot. it will also improve cooperation and communication by making virgin nerds into normal men.
>>
>>59541980
>why would they change it again?
because after you bang an IT woman she loses all her worth
unless you're some kind of beta faggot who actually likes "quirky & nerdy" girls
>>
>>59541851
>fact: men should lower standards in IT so that more women can work in IT.
that's an opinion, not a fact
>>
>>59542020
>having the female perspective in IT will probably improve it by a lot
Give examples
>it will also improve cooperation and communication by making virgin nerds into normal men
They already cooperate as far as work is concerned, other forms of cooperation and social interaction don't improve the industry
>>
>>59541851
>fact: women should lower standards in dating so that more men can get laid.

ftfy
>>
>>59542043
>They already cooperate as far as work is concerned
they keep interaction, socialization, and communication to the bare minimum. this means lots of wasted potential.

>Give examples
the fact that every solution is made from a male perspective of problem solving means that there's a whole range of ideas and solutions that are not being utilized because of the lack of females.
>>
>>59542082
kys
Again, you provide no proof that diversity => better ideas and solutions.
>>
>>59542098
>kys
see, this is the autistic male reaction that is holding society back. you have nothing more to add and resort to bullying and insults. how professional.
>>
>>59542082
>they keep interaction, socialization, and communication to the bare minimum
>this means lots of wasted potential
no, this means that they produce more.

>>59542082
>the fact that every solution is made from a male perspective of problem solving means that there's a whole range of ideas and solutions that are not being utilized because of the lack of females.
That was not an example. That is you just saying the exact same thing in long form.
Give an example of how female perceptive would improve anything. While you at it give us differences between male and female perspective

PS I do realize that you're baiting but I still want to see how long you can keep this going
>>
>>59542121
not op, but lemme try to extend the bait:

* male perspective is to deal with cold hard systems through use of logic and problem partitioning down to all atomic parts
* female perspective is to use intuition and magical thinking

In more concrete terms, it is approaching the problem in trial and error manner (pajeet, women) vs rationally autismal manner. As systems grow more complex, it is increasingly difficult to analyze problems rationally and magical blackboxes come into play.

Good example is modern "machine learning":
* Black box "Deep NN" vs decisions trees and principal component analysis
* Genetic algorithm (trial and error solution) vs constraint solving, induction, proofs and decomposition

As you're probably aware, computer engineering is already very feminized - most of the industry rarely knows how the systems actually work, and use ton of shit in blackbox, trial and error manner.

OP is advocating this shift where computing would become even more "fuzzy and inexact", far more than it is already. This has some potential uses where autismal approach yields poor results, for example UX and design in general.
