What browser can handle download interuptions? I know chrome can't because every time I download something big it fails

reason is because my piece of shit wifi card or router keeps reestablishing the connection, so connection cuts for a second, this is enough to fail the download

it's still possible to resume these download through a pain in the ass method, I have to keep chrome open, then go to my downloaded files section, the failed download will be there, I have to rename the file and then transfer it somewhere, then I can't remember but basically by doing bunch of shit it can resume the download, I don't understand why chrome can't just fucking let me choose continue download

I don't know what's wrong with my wifi connection, my wifi card was fucking expensive though asus ac68, what a fucking piece of shit, newest drivers cause bluescreen (others have this issue too) older drivers are shit as well and might be the cause for the reconnecting shit
