Depends. If the tracker doesn't have freeleech torrents or marks freeleech later, then there will definitely be some risk. If you make pretty tight filters with only the most popular of releases, you should be ok. You can add a maximum filesize limit and limit the # of downloads per hour, or day, to play it safe before you build up a large enough buffer.

Yes, it will. But on a seedbox that's what you do. About half of my seedbox capacity is dedicated to long term seeding to build up bonus points and the rest is for autosnatching.
