Discord is too gaymer and unstable for me. Is there any software that is like it, /g/?
Bonus point if its visually pleasing.

OpenFire

IRC

IRC doesn't have image and youtube embedding, though.
I run a teamspeak server, works fine. But not as polished as discord with embedded youtube videos and such.

Curse is more stable but also more gaymer.

they basically ripped off slack
>add Russian servers
>massive downtime
Also the mobile version likes to crash and not stay consistent on 4g

Some IRC clients do have that feature.

Slack.
>>59498444
IRC is a protocol. It is left to the implementator of an IRC client to add such functionality.

Try MatterMost

Slack came afterward.
Irc + Kiwi web irc client
or Xmpp with Android Conversation or pidgin , wro kvery well
and mumble for audio HQ
don't need shit like discord ><

It's pretty stable and great if you ask me. This is the only day in months that I've ever seen Discord have a problem.
>>59499240
That's patently untrue. Slack released back in 2013 or earlier. Discord basically took their UI and concept and adapted it for casual use not business use
Host your own XMPP and invite all your friends
Use teamspeak/mumble for voice
Now Discord and Facebook aren't up your ass with your conversations

Skinned mumble can be nice.
Also it's the only option without a botnet client or server
