We just fired a bunch of old people from our accounting department here because they pretty much flat-out refused how to learn hourly billing/AWS.

We switched all of our on-premise stuff to AWS over the last 6 months and if you've ever worked with AWS you know the billing is confusing as shit. The department lead would literally call Amazon to have them email him the excel spreadsheets because he thought logging into the billing portal and clicking the "download" button was too complicated. We were paying that guy 6 figures...

I currently work for a Uni doing tech support for Housing department.
