>I finally installed LineageOS with no GApps on my phone
>tfw starting to feel vulnerable without Google
I'm afraid I might relapse. Someone please help.
My biggest problems are finding an alternative to Google Maps and a way to track my phone in case I lose it.

you can use maps without google play services, if you're worried about it spying on you just block all permissions apart from location and use privacy guard to prevent it from running in background and it will not be able to track you while you are not using the app.

>tfw have a grouper from 2012
>still not supported by LineageOS
What app store you using?

I wish I could like this but having to find places with only coordinates instead of an address really makes it a drag to use.

F-Droid

Google maps will always be able to track you because it will have network access to work.
Even turning of location has no effect because the app will keep track of parts of the maps you look at.
Here Maps is the best alternative & Lookout can track your phone. I hear good things about yalp store on f-droid, it let's you install apps from the play store.

What? You can search for addresses normally.
Google Maps is too much of a convenience for me. My job requires me to travel and no amount of freetard memes diminish the fact that it is literally the best navigation app ever made.
