how can I keep up with the channels I like, without a youtube

i guess i could, but i imagine having an account of any kind, anonymous or not, subjects you to more meticulous tracking by google than just browsing the site

i recommend Inoreader if you used google reader before otherwise anything works.

This mate. I put all my jewtube channels in a separate boomarks folder in my bookmark toolbar.

If you use Kodi you can favorite channels and access them directly from the home screen, which is nice.
