I have a chromebook with an n3050. I think it's pretty dependent on the screen resolution, but the n3050 powers a 1366x768 screen just fine for shitposting on here and watching video.

No. With the amount of shit that is plugins and javascripts embedded on yo average websites, along with them overbuilt software with features you don't need, updates and shit, as well as Win10 which is also bleeding resource, you'd be looking at a year (1.5 year max) before using it become a huge pain in the dick

You will struggle on Javascript heavy websites. Other than that, it's ok. About the same power as an Intel Atom Z3735F, but dual core and more single threaded performance.
