neural networks takes X inputs and gives Y outputs.
You train them by giving them examples of what Y should be when presented with X.

If you parameterize drawings, you can get some results, but it is a lot harder to get an accurate verification of what is considered "good" drawings and thus a good way to correct the system towards making good drawings.

Maybe evolution would be a better system.
