Ahh, sorry. Tineye is probably your best bet, they claim not to keep your images but it's unclear if they track your searches or not. Also you're limited to 50 searches a day or 150 a week.

I make around 800 searches per day on GRIS, so I guess there's no real substitute for it, especially since tineye has a terrible track record
