Truth. I threw xp on a vm the other day, fullscreen noborder on my other monitor, and it was /comfy/ as baby dicks.

Spending three days compiling dev applications on gnu+linux to generate scenery for an open source game, and 3 days creating it, only to have everyone wonder where I got the exe's for the latest versions.
They were all using windows xp.
