He didn't rice for shit, the clock with the date, wifi, mobile signal, calendar and battery widgets are all part of a single widget called Dashclock, the two rows of icons look like stock pixel and the ones on the colored dock are either whicons or tiny white, he also hid the status bar with either nova or if he has a custom rom via settings under extended desktop.
