So /g/ tell me what Android tablet to buy in the coming months.
Must have specs:
>size: 7", 8" may be acceptable too but not preferred
>should support 4G & be available in Europe
>should support some neat ROM or whatever those custom androids are called, so it should be a popular model (?)
>it is nice if it has a camera that is somewhat usable
>everything else that I desire probably exists on every half-decent tablet out there
(Also: 3G instead of 4G may be acceptable if the tablet is old/cheap, but only if nothing decent and well-priced exists in the 4G area)
Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (when it is released), Galaxy Tab S2, Asus Fonepad 7

>Android
It's just Linux.

Thanks, I'll look into their prices.
The state of 7" tablets seems kinda sad tho, if the good ones are all kinda old.

7" seems so useless. Too big for a phone, too small for a tablet. 10" is the sweet spot for tablets.

I'm an oddball nerd and dislike smarthpones, you see.
My ideal combination is dumbphone + easy to carry tablet, that way I won't be constantly checking the fucking smartphone but also can have a "smart"device with me when I particularly need it. I'm doing fine with an old 10" iPad, sure, but it is a bit annoyingly big, so now that its getting old, I'm gonna go smol.

fair enough.

Let's say up to 300 euros. Very nice if lower.
Americhans can simply treat that as 300 USD, shit is expensive here.

Interested in this.
My Nexus 7 (2012) running KitKat 4.4.4 have started to show it's age.
The battery won't hold charge for more than 4 hours.
I'm thinking of getting a new one, but I want the "pure android experience"
