i never developed a mobile app before, i have really cool idea that it think it will get popular when i make it.

It will use photos and uploading them(but just to temporary server ,only serves to user download related pic). until it get popular and i will have money to store them in server.

which language fits best for this job?

also im little tidbit about either making free with ads or 1$ on iOS , ads with Android also with free version
