Battery question!
Assuming a 100% efficient system:
If I charge a battery at 200W for one hour, can I then draw 400W for half an hour, or 800W for 15 minutes before the battery is empty?

When using batteries and such, you distinguish between Energy and Power. Energy is given in Joules, or Watts*time and Power / Energy Flux in Watts or Joules/time.
In your example, charging the battery for 1 hour at 200W will give it 200Wh (or 720kJ). You can discharge this Energy at any wattage you want. x W/200 Wh gives you the amount of time that drain can be sustained.
