I figured this was the right board for my question. In about an hour Daylight Saving Time begins here on the East Coast. This gives me my semi-annual chance to synchronize all the clocks in my house. I've noticed a three second discrepancy between my phone (Verizon) and my laptop. My laptop is three seconds ahead of my phone. Which device should I use as a base clock to set all the rest of my clocks? I want all of them showing the exact accurate time.
