one of the fans on my R9 390 stopped, it spins up on start up and then stops, can the card survive with only 1 fan?
also xfx is a piece of shit, im moving to nvidia after this one

Does your GPU have build in sensors that turn off one fan when it isnt needed? I know that some nvidea cards do that and then turn it on when under load
