Have hit the ultimate pinnacle in television quality?
Surely it is already at the best it can possibly be. There is no reasonable room for further development.

Aren't Sony and Panasonic already demoing 8k TVs?

Nope.
The pinnacle is still far ahead of us, mate.

The only piece of tech I don't care about is televisions. I bought some 4K curved TV over the holidays for cheap and now I barely use it.
They say that curved is gonna die like 3D, but realistically I don't think it's gonna, because to start off with, people like cable networks and service providers don't need to care about curved rather than with 3D where they had to push gimmicky 3D programs.

Kek curved meme is already dead.

>There is no reasonable room for further development
companies will bring different shit just to make us buying it, don't worry
>still no quantum dots
>still no SED/FED
>still no 100% actual human visible color range
NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
