I actually have run out of clicks on some old mice, then because I'm a cheap bastard and enginer-by-hobby, I just replaced the switch from junk I had laying around and continued using it.
Result: I've been using the same mouse since 2003, with two new left click switches, and one right click.

Is it even possible to work with the legal required min 12 hz? Will this hurt my eyes?
