Nope. If you try to log in with a third party app w/out root, it's a ban (might not be instant but you will get banned). Only reason Casper works is it grabs the auth token of your official Snapchat app and uses that to log in, so to Snapchat's servers, it looks like you're using their official app to log in.

So what I would recommend is Casper + SnapPrefs (it's an Xposed module). No root? You're out of luck.
