WASM was not built to replace JS.

It is supposed to do the heavy lifting behind the scenes,
while JS still does all of the rendering.

For now. GC support and direct DOM access are already on schedule and then JS will disappear for anything bigger than 10 LoC.
For most JS frameworks you'd want to setup some kind of build pipeline anyway, so another compiler doesn't make a difference in terms of hassles.
