What kind of design is that? can't tell it from this angle
>>
>>59344439
build your own. It isn't difficult.
>>
>>59344446
If you are 100% unable/willing to build yourself, yes. That is a pretty good deal. About 200-300 mark up if it comes with windows. You could save even more than that building yourself. We don't know what you plan to do with it. Gaming and web browsing you could drop to 8gb of ram and a 1060 and an i5.

What the hell is that case?

Amazon has Acer Predators listed in a very wide range of prices. I'm not sure how to tell if you are getting a good deal because so few specs are listed in your deal. My honest opinion is that you should build your own. Take your time. Do your research. Ask lots of questions. Search around for the lowest prices for each individual component.

I put together this for just $1375 with the tax and shipping (mostly between newegg and amazon) —

Dang.. That's $1375 WITHOUT the monitor. Sorry.

It's the GamerTRAXXX Double XL High Performance GT Edition

For what purpose.

Here you go faggot OP, I just saved you $300+ dollars.

DDR4>m.2
>>
>>59344439
Build it yourself honestly.
>>
>>59344732
Question I have some old 2400mhz DDR4 lying around, what CPU do you think benefits the most with this memory?
>>
>>59344732
>>59344797

These are considerably much weaker PCs.
>>
you see how Intel and NVidia are the only two brands mentioned? That computer probably has the cheapest memory, hard drives, motherboard and power supply Acer could find. Build your own with all parts from brands you trust.
>>
>>59344775
Chrome
>>
>>59344439
seriously... you can build it for almost half that price even with a 1070
>>
>>59345117
No you can't... Not without sacrificing something.
>>
Lmao at all of these autists thinking building ALWAYS saves money..
>>
>>59345117
It cost $685 just for the CPU and GPU, nothing else. Can you not do basic arithmetic ?
>>
>>59345216
I got a guy
>>
>"Don't buy a prebuilt, you should build your own!"
>proceed to downgrade parts despite not knowing OP's intentions or outright lie about how much money you could save by buying retail
People who sperg out about prebuilts are annoying, I think people should generally try to build their own but it's not worth making a fuss over.
>>
>>59345198
The main problem with prebuilts in the past was mainly unbalanced parts. Decent CPU and garbage GPU. Now I think OEM's largely realize they can't trick people as easily anymore. Also prices are more competitive nowadays, when you include the Windows license a lot of gayming PC's are decent deals. A lot of "prebuilt-killer" builds people whip up on PCpartpicker in two minutes end up cutting corners a lot of the time.
>>
>>59345319
I mean, there's good stuff in there. There's a lot of ram, the processor is good and the graphics card isn't that dated
>>
>>59345386
The review seems to be good, the parts list are decent.

MSI H170
32GB Crucial RAM 2133mhz
256 Toshiba SSD
MSI GTX1070

A really shitty 450w PSU however...
>>
>>59344439
>>59344446

Putting a PC together is basically fucking Lego with wires and screws, it aint hard and there are that many resources out there to help scrubs like yourself.
>>
>>59345499
>last years board and processor (sort of a wash this time)
>way too much shitty ram
If it has a shitty psu, it's a no-go OP. That's one place you shouldn't skimp, because it can kill other parts.
>>
>>59344775
Isn't a k-processor waste of money if you never overclock?
>>
>>59344475
>>59344527
Looks like it's trying to look like the tread of a tracked vehicle.
>>
>>59346054
No, even more useful if you don't overclock since the K processor runs at higher clocks and turbo clocks even higher.
