I have a buddy of mine who's company now does some SSL inspection/MITM crap on all computers. My guess is they just load the CA cert using group policy or some log on script. What would be the best way to bypass that? SSH Tunneling? HTTP proxy? Socks proxy using SSH? Would love any help or information <3
>>
Proxies dont do shit. You're looking at VPNs and SSH tunneling.

>All computers
You mean the NSA?
>>
best bet would be to use the company computers as directed and worry about their privacy at home where they can do things they're not paid to do
>>
https:// mitmproxy .org/

you're right: CA must be installed on client computers
>>
>>59329183
why ask /g/?
no one here but shitposters
>>
>>59329183
I think this may be done with altering DNS entries.
>>

Do people really put condoms on before they connect to ethernet? Is this something i should be doing? I don't want to get any viruses.
>>
>>59329183
They would have to load the cert on the computers or everyone would get that "You're connection may not be secure" bs.

>>59329590
You're retarded. Don't post about things you don't understand.
>>
>>59329972
Yeah, they use some fancy appliance , I think barracuda or bluecoat, don't really remember. Would a ssh tunnel bypass this? Like the ssh -D option? And yeah, that guy talking about the dns entries gave me a slight chuckle
>>
>>59329183
Just bring your own LTE device if you want to shitpost at work so bad. That's what I do
>>
you answered your own question. ssh tunneling. make sure your browser is configured to route dns through the tunnel. additionally, google the fingerprint to make sure it's the right certificate.

>>59330352
here's a service that verifies fingerprints.
