Yes and its disgusting how bad ram prices have shot up with Samsung factories going up in flames and then "focusing" on the mobile segment, driving up prices for ram and NAND for both desktops and laptops.
As for Nvidia its not the RAM prices that made them do 11gb from what I heard it was to increase die yields which is kind of skimpy considering its a top-end product.
