services -> manage pixiv account
enter the credentials for your Pixiv account
services -> manage subscriptions -> add -> site and query -> pixiv artist id
enter the artist id you want

Well shit, I didn't know this could automatically download shit. I was looking at setting up some other programs to download shit from pixiv and gelbooru every so often, but this seems like it would do the job. Thanks senpai.
