Yes. It falls in line with every other device.
Outlets. Male end goes on the removable part.
USB, Ethernet, other types of connectors. Male end goes on the removable part.
PCI/expansion card devices, the male end is on the removable component.
SIP/DIP packages, for sockets, the male end is on the replaceable device.
Light bulbs, the male end goes into the female socket.
We put the male side on the removable device so it cannot be touched while energized or, is harder. Though light bulbs is not necessarily a good case.
Pins go on the removable device always. It's a nearly universally accepted design standard.
When will pins be fucking deprecated

This.
Male part is on replacable/removable and cheaper part.
With CPU its little different since CPU costs more than motherboard and its pins are very fragile (comparing to a lightbulb, USB/Ethernet or PCI cards).
How can someone mess up so many pins? How does someone mess up any pins at all?
Fuck people are so retarded.

>our 10 dollar USB cables do it so our processors should too

>putting pins on the part that's 100x more of a pain in the ass to replace if the pins are bent to shit

>bending pins on an LGA socket
how much of a fucking hamfisted retard do you have to be
stop grasping at straws to try and white knight for AMD they're a bunch of rich kikes that don't give a shit about you
