L3 cache problems, BIOS problems, RAM problems, w7 has 20% fps gain.
growing pains. Half of it is Microsoft related.
If it doesn't get better after MS patches scheduler/BIOS updates, then we can say it sucks, not yet.

AMD probably made custom drivers for it, or they asked DICE. They probably picked Battlefield 1 though because it was an outlier on how well it performed.
