Now that it is confirmed everything is a botnet and spyware, what is a good guide towards setting up at least one laptop for maximum privacy?
OS: some autismo distro focusing on encryption and privacy.
Use: never connect at home etc. What software to use? Is VPN+tor still safe?
Does anyone have a general guide or can point towards one for this?

1. If you need to do reports/documents and have hard copies do what the Russians do: use a typewriter.
2.Don't use a phone, especially a smart-phone unless you want logged for eternity.
3. If you must use the internet, go to a library or internet cafe in disguise and pay someone to be a human proxy for you with them relaying the information back to you
4. Kill human proxy for maximum safety.
