Download Avira. It'll give you one small popup per 24 hours which advertises its multi-computer or enterprise level bullshit but it's completely unobtrusive. That's how they've managed to make it free for home users.

Just use Windows Defender. Doesn't get more lightweight. It's been proven time and time again the last months that EVERY other AV solution just introduces new security problems. Do you even read anything outside of 4chan?
