I use Ubuntu but not an SSD and it takes me ~50 seconds to start my laptop.
May it be because my graphics card(AMD Radeon) is not supported by Ubuntu.
I asked somebody here what time does it take them to start Ubuntu. They replied that it takes 3-5 seconds.
Please help me.

Nothing wrong with amd cards. Trus me.

For a standard spinning rust drive, 50 seconds sounds about right. What GPU do you have?

As far as you describe it should be related to your cpu. What is the cpu you have anon?
In my pc (I have an hdd btw), past the bios logo it takes about 5-10 second to load ubuntu

Not if your cpu has intergrated graphics

Integrated graphics is still a gpu.

list specs on your HDD
but, yeah, you gonna need an SSD to cut that down to under 20 seconds; after that you might be able to do other things to get it under 10
