Anyone used foreign (pooinloo or ideally East Europ if I can find cheap labor) coders to complete a large project? Any tips? I'm going to try to break everything up into really small pieces so no one can steal anything.. I'm just worried about everything fitting together and actually working properly, code quality, ...
I've never designed a software project this large or really managed people. I can program myself.
