Pic related, is this site to be trusted? How can I pass all the individual requirements, but fail overall?

I want to play Nier: Automata, but apparently I can't play it, according to this site.

I have an i5-3470, Radeon 7850, and 8gb of ram. Should I just get a new GPU?

7850 isn't that behind the 270x it probably runs fine if you're willing to drop settings or resolution

I am, I know my PC can't run newer games on max, I just want it to be playable.

If I do decide to upgrade, would my GPU bottleneck newer cards? Or should I just think about making a new build?
