Original Moto 360 owner here. Got it on launch.
The watch is still going strong, but there is a slight pink spot on screen, it's barely noticeable but it's there.
Is there honestly any reason to buy a new smartwatch?

Getting one without a flat tire? Smoother? Better interface? Aside from that not really.

The flat tire doesn't bother me at all. I prefer to have a flat tire and an ambient light sensor than not having one at all.
The watch is pretty smooth, but I understand that newer ones are faster.
And lastly all android wear smartwatches have the same interface so what's your point?

Should've been more clear on that last point. Better control interface. Be it a crown, or the rotating bezel on the Gear S2/S3's. But if you like your watch just stick with it until you see something that makes you wanna go out and buy it.
