AMD said that 2666 is the highest ryzen is rated for (stock).

If you want to OC memory past that you need to use a memory kit that is validated, and you also need to do standard memory OC work like tweaking the voltage supplied , which they clearly haven't done.

Basically, they don't know how to OC and are blaming the hardware for it.
