Honestly at that price I'd rather just get one of those new gaming laptops with a gtx 1060.

Shitty gamer aesthetics aside, you're getting much better specs for the price and they're not huge and clunky anymore.

Also much MUCH better keyboard and a better touchpad than most laptops.

it's been a problem since 9343 and Dell still can't fix their shit, it's even happening in their Latitude line and my friend has an Inspiron that whines so much you can hear it in a crowded room

other than that build quality felt solid, touchpad was good, keyboard was shit

The same anon here, I originally thought about getting the 4th, but honestly those bezels on the 5th are so nice. 4th is cheap as shit on the outlet, I myself might wait until the 5th goes down a bit and may pick it up.

They do indeed suffer from coil whine, never noticed on mine because I always had headphones in while using it. Nearly impossible to tell though unless you're putting your ear right up to the keyboard though, from my own experience.
