and yet apple's support is a joke. Half an office's macs got screen issues due to insufficient cooling and poor design. Luckily we had applecare but you could only bring in a small handful at a time, it takes forever and they treat you like they're doing you such a huge favor for fixing this fuckup.

Apple can meme all they want but you gotta go to a proper enterprise vendor if you want real support. Overnight parts/next day repair is a godsend, something you're not getting with apple
