Every single distro has that, you imbecile.
Any distro known to be for beginners will have a gui setup window when you first boot, or during the installation.
Things like mint, *buntu, antergos, manjaro, fedora, etc.
The only distros that won't have something like that are the more advanced ones, like arch and gentoo and even then it kind of depends on whether or not you pick a desktop environment.
