>"Ryzen has bad 1080P performance, buy intel instead!!!!"
Anyone else remember the phenomenom during the AMD Radeon RX 480 launch? Butthurt Nvidiot owners got smashed in DirectX12 so they only wanted to test DirectX11 titles with the reason that "DX12 is not gonna get used", which is fucking pathetic, I bet they said the same thing from the jump to DX9 to DX11 aswell. DX12 is the future.
Now, Intel shills only wanting 1080P benchmarks is the same thing. Ryzen smashes Intel in 1440P and 4K because it's the future of resolutions. 1080P is grandpa tier already.

>Implying Ryzen can't do 1080p

back to /v/ piece of shit gaymer
>>59230510
Uh Ryzen loses in 1440p too
>>59231017
Ryzen is horrible at 1080p
>>59230510
your a fucking idiot. it doesnt smash at 1440 or 4k...
the lower the rez the more the cpu is the sole factor determining performance. at higher rez its all the GPU doing the work
the discrepancies at lower resolutions show which processor can handle those workloads best
and sweetie, it aint your 1800

would love to see those platform setups

You're talking about 'the gaming community' and /g/ as if either of those entities are a hive mind. It's not 'the community' saying those things, it's fanboys.
Anti-AMD fanboys complain about Ryzen's 1080p gaming performance.
Pro-AMD fanboys complain about 1080p being 'grandpa tier', when the legit rebuttal is 'people shouldn't be buying an 8 core for gaming'.
The core count handicaps overclockability and Ryzen IPC is lower than Kaby Lake. So if you want to game, you should be buying an Intel quad core. If you want do tasks that scale better - depending on the task- Ryzen is a good choice, especially because it DOES support ECC RAM.

Prove the ECC RAM support please.

How could I possibly prove it in ways which wouldn't be as good as you yourself doing a search for 'Ryzen ECC RAM support' and reading a recent article?

More like a herd of sheep, actually.
None of them can form objective opinions.
